There’s some heavy hitters in the list so it’s good to see this belter of a track included.

It’s 2011. It’s January and hard to be to cheerful about much.
However, a lot of really good music came out last year. End of year lists are standard but for good reason. They remind you of tunes you had forgotten and the places you first heard them or offer tunes you missed and can now discover.

The Barras
I’m not from Glasgow but I’ve lived there for the last 13 years. Long enough.
